• Player damages a mob, or gives him more damage than the other player attacking the same mob (Special attacks, or critical damage has more chance to get aggro).
• Healing a player or buffing him causes some mobs to attack healer/buffer.
• Player has approached too close to the mob.
• Player is in an opposing faction.

Aggro range Range in which mob starts attacking players. Anti-wipe Specific WoW word. When all party members die, someone waits until the mobs are gone and resurrects the whole party, so they don't have to walk the whole instance from the start. AoE/AE Area of effect. If a spell is AoE, it damages not only the target, but mobs around it. Atm At the moment Bodycount A type of quest, based on killing a number of certain mobs. BRB Be Right Back BRT Be Right There BTW By The Way Buff A spell, that enchances player's stats. Calm/Calming A spell that temporally calms a mob, making it not willing fight. Also called mezz. Camp Kill mobs in a certain place to get a certain item. Class Type of character player controls, like Paladin, Warlord, Sorcerer, Bishop, etc. Crit Critical hit Crowd Control Used to describe the right use of Calm/Root/Sleep, so that large group of mobs doesn't cause any trouble. Cya See you DD Damage Dealer, a character specialized on giving high damage to mob, with crits or with special attacks, usually have poor HP/AC. DMG Damage DOT Damage Over Time, a spell dealing to a player damage each second, during a certain period of time, like Poison. DPS Damage per second ETA Estimated time of arrival Farm, Farming A long process of collecting money, or some certain items. FFS For Fucks Sake. FYI For Your Information Gank Killing a player, much weaker than his killer, or who was AFK. GG Good Game. Can be ment good or bad depending on the situation.
